Made from handpicked raw mangoes grown in the saline-resilient soils of the delta, this pickle balances the bold tang of sun-dried mangoes with the rich sweetness of jaggery and the gentle heat of mustard and fenugreek-infused spices.

Lovingly prepared by two women-led groups from South 24 Pgs  — Nibedita Group from Kankandighi village,Mathurapur block, led by Shiuli Naiya, and Banopriya Group from Nalgara village,Patharpratima block, led by Sumitra Baidya — this pickle carries the essence of local knowledge, cooperative strength, and homemade goodness.

Perfect as a side for rice, parathas, or to spice up any simple meal — this pickle is more than a condiment, it’s a taste of women-powered resilience from the heart of the Sundarbans.
