Crafted by the Nibedita Group, led by Shiuli Naiya from Kankandighi village, and the Banopriya Group, led by Sumitra Baidya from Nalgara village, this pickle reflects the essence of homegrown skill and local pride.
Prepared in small batches, the pickle combines the sharp tang of tamarind with hints of jaggery, mustard oil, and hand-pounded spices. It offers a layered taste — sweet, sour, and spicy — that lingers long after the first bite.
